Let’s shake off the summer cobwebs together!

As we wave farewell to summer and feel the Swedish winter fast approaching, it's the perfect time to focus on motivation and healthy routines. We all know that tomorrow-I'll-start feeling, whether it's drinking more water, exercising, or cutting down on screen time. The list can be long.

But don’t be daunted. Sure, making new routines and habits can be challenging but it’s also a powerful way to make small but meaningful changes in your life. And as we’re gamers, here’s the hack: let’s do it together and make it fun. So please join us as we dedicate this September to Healthy Habits!

Last year, we marked World Mental Health Day, on October 10 by discussing the positive effects of gaming as a way to relieve stress, while also emphasizing the importance of moderation. This September, we want to build on that theme, we know that adopting new, healthy habits can be incredibly beneficial, but we also believe it's equally important not to abandon the routines and practices that already work for you.

Of course, we’ll try to lead by example. For the rest of the month, we’ll try to find new ways to be creative. We’ll challenge our colleagues at the studio to try their hands at something new, and we’ll show you how it goes! We also want to dive into the world of motivational apps and check out what options there are to gamify our new healthy habits and level up our success.

Embracing who you are and what suits you best is crucial for maintaining good mental health. Remember, sometimes the key to lasting change lies in small, gradual steps rather than drastic ones. Your mental well-being always comes first.

Let’s get inspired together to overcome challenges, discover different ways to reignite your creativity, and gather tips on prioritizing your well-being. We’ll also explore the balance between striving to be your best self and managing the work and life balance.
